March 16, 2024. \r\nThe Board of Director in its meeting held today, i.e. March 19, 2024, accepted the resignation of Mr. Subhash Redkar as Executive/ Whole Time Director of the Company and thereafter reconstituted the Committees of the Board.\r\n\r\nThe said details and a copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure A.\r\nKindly take the information on record.\r\n
