In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 19th March, 2024 about the meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that the 23rd meeting of the Committee of Creditors of our Company was duly convened on 21.03.2024 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing.\r\n\r\nAt the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors, inter-alia, about the current status of the CIRP and discussed the operational matters.\r\n\r\nThe meeting was concluded at 15.34.
