Corrigendum has been made w.r.t. intimation Letter dated 21.03.2024 for Voting results of the Postal Ballot where \total no. of shareholders as on record date was entered as 8750 instead of 9424. We had rectified the error and enclosed a revised file. There are no other factual errors or mistakes other than those mentioned in the attached letter.
