Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , this is to inform that the Company has received an Order from Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Bengaluru, imposing penalty of Rs. 1,17,020/- under the Goods and Service Tax Act 2017 for the financial year 2018-19.
