Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has received an Order datedMarch 21, 2024, from Joint Commissioner of State Tax basis the GST Audit conducted forUttar Pradesh state for the financial year 2018-19, for a Tax demand of Rs. 2,50,806/-, Interestof Rs. 2,67,108/- and a penalty of Rs. 25,080/- aggregating to a total demand of Rs. 5,42,994/-Based on our assessment, we believe that the said demand is not maintainable, and theCompany is in the process of preferring an appeal against the said Order. The Order has nomaterial impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company.Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations andDisclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A to this letter.
