This is to inform you that the outcome of the Independent Directors Meeting of the Company which has been held on March 26, 2024 at 1:00 P.M and concluded at 1:30 P.M, in which the following matters were interalia discussed:\r\n\r\n1. Reviewed the performance of the Non- Independent Directors and the Board as a whole.\r\n\r\n2. Reviewed the performance of the Chairman of the Company, taking into account the views of Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors.\r\n\r\n3.
