Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 26th March, 2024 approved the appointment of Ms. Hemanshi Lodaya as a Company Secretary of the company w.e.f 26th March, 2024.
