Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 26th March, 2024 approved the appointment of Ms. Hemanshi Lodaya as a Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 26th March, 2024.
