Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the QIP Committee shall be held on April 2, 2024 to consider and determine the Issue Price of Equity Shares to be issued pursuant to the QIP in accordance with the ICDR Regulations.
