Shri Laxminwas Sharma and Shri Harishchandra Prasad Kanuri are retiring form the position of the independent directors on completion of their second term of office as an independent director of the company effecting from the closing of the business hours on 31.03.2024 and ceases to be the independent directors of the company thereafter.
