We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e on March 28, 2024, has approved the Appointment of M/s. Alok Basudeo & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg No 007299C) as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the period of 3 year from FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26.
