The company had vide an announcement dated 10/01/2024, intimated the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sundarray (ACS membership no.A66744), from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer as taken on record by the Board of Directors with effect from 10/01/2024. As per directions of BSE, we are re-submitting the said Announcement with the copy of Resignation letter received from Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sundarray, the past Company Secretary.
