The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 29th March, 2024 considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Dinesh Mehra as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company effective from 29th March, 2024 for a period of 5 (Five) Years, subject to the approval of shareholders.
