Pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench vide its order dated 29th February 2024, Equity Share Capital of the Company to be reduced.\r\n\r\nThe Board passed the Board Resolution to take note for reduction of the equity share capital.\r\n\r\nThe Company is in process for filing corporate action with NSDL and CDSL for giving effect reduction of capital as pre approved Resolution Plan.\r\n\r\nRelevant documents including Hon'ble NCLT Order and Resolution Plan for reduction of capital are attached herewith.
