We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting conveyed on 30.03.2024 and remote E-Voting from 27.03.2024 till 29.03.2024 could not take place as the Company did not received BENPOS from NSDL due to procedural issues at their end. Accordingly, the Company will reconvene Annual General Meeting after making requisites Compliance under Companies Act, 2013.
