Dear Sir/Madam,\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 30th March, 2024, noted that Mr. Ravi Prakash Pincha (DIN: 00094695) will cease to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the closure of working hours on 31st March, 2024, owing to completion of his tenure of two consecutive terms of five years each in accordance with the provisions of Section 149(10) and 149(11) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 25(2) of the Listing Regulations. \r\nThe details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is attached herewith as Annexure I.
