Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Tirupati Starch & Chemicals Limited (the 'Company') has entered into an execution of Registry of Certificate of Sale on March 30, 2024 with Mrs. Chaya Gupta (Liquidator of Jyoti Overseas Limited) for Asset i.e. Block-A namely Land and Building situated and located at Survey No-382/1/5, Gram-Sejwaya, Tehsil & Dist-Dhar, Madhya Pradesh-454773, which was acquired by the Company as successful bidder through E-auction dated 12.06.2023.
