Rajshree Polypack Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Intimation of Commencement of Commercial Production- Olive Ecopak Private Limited, Joint Venture Company of Rajshree Polypack Limited'.Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, regarding set-up of a plant by Olive Ecopak Private Limited, our Joint Venture Company for manufacturing of all kinds of packaging and allied products made out of paper, Decorations, printing on paper sheets and allied products for food packaging, commercial, industrial, Government or public use at Umbergaon. We are pleased to inform you that the said manufacturing facility has commenced commercial production w.e.f. March 30, 2024.
