Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Shriram Surajmal Khandelwal (DIN:06729564), completed his second and final tenure of 10 years as an Independent Director and consequently he ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from March 31, 2024.
