The Board in its meeting today has approved:\r\n1. Re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Baid as a whole-time director and Mr. Shantilal Baid as a Managing Director for a further period of 5 years.\r\n2. Appointment of Mr. Priyam Sen as a non-executive Independent Director for a period of 5 years.\r\n3. Noted that Mr. Sharad Kumar Bachhawat shall cease to be a non-executive Independent Director upon completion of his term \r\nas detailed in the enclosed.
