Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we inform you that Mr Sujal Shah and Mr Abhay Jadeja will complete their second term of five years as an Independent Director of the Company on March 31, 2024. Accordingly, they will cease to be Directors of the Company effective March 31, 2024.
