Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, Board of Directors at their Meeting held on today i.e., February 2024, inter-alia has approved and took note of the Resignation of Mr. R. Venkataraman, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from February 10, 2024.
