Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Pankaj Madhav Baliga (DIN 00002864) and Mr. Krishnanand Maruti Gaonkar (DIN 00002425) have completed their second term as Independent Directors of the Company on March 31, 2024 and consequently ceased to be Directors of the Company.
