We hereby inform you that Mr. Sandeep Gul Lalwani, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company was re-appointed with effect from 1st April, 2019 for a period of five years i.e. till 31st March, 2024 for second term. Mr. Sandeep Gul Lalwani ceased with effect from 31st March, 2024 due to expiry of his term of appointment.
