Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Ramesh Maheshwari and Mr. Santosh Kumar Mukherjee shall cease to be Directors on the Board of the Company w.e.f close of business hours on 31.03.2024, upon completion of their tenure.
