Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III, Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, i.e. 1st April, 2024 has considered and approved Re-appointment of M/S Bajpai & Company, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 027479C), as Internal Auditor of the Company for a period of 3years from FY 2024-25 to FY 2026-27 .
