Since the Open Offer under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, by the new promoter Mr. Sunil Hukumat Rajdev, has been completed and the new promoter have taken over the affairs of the Company, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Mr. Ratinder Pal Singh Bhatia and Ms. Roopal Sharma, Independent Directors of the Company have tendered their resignations with immediate effect.
