Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has received an email from BSE Limited for levying fine of Rs. 53,100/- (inclusive of GST) for non compliance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
