We wish to inform you that the QIP Committee has approved allotment of 1,26,26,263 Equity Shares to eligible QIBs for an Issue Price of Rs.792 per Equity Share, at a premium of Rs.782 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs.10,000 million, pursuant to the said QIP of Equity Shares.
