This is with reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26.11.2018 in respect of raising of funds by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporate (LC) Entities and disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporate (LC).\r\n\r\nIn this regard we would like to inform you that our company Master Trust Limited is not a Large Corporate (LC) and not falling under the category of Large Corporate (LC) as per the applicability criteria given under above said circular.
