Pursuant of Regulation 30 and 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 5A Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby like to inform you that Assam Entrade Limited (hereinafter referred to as \Borrower\) has entered into a loan agreement dated 1st April, 2024, with Mrs. Rati Gupta, Director of the Company (hereinafter referred as \Lender\).\r\nLender will provide a long term unsecured loan to the Borrower of an amount upto INR 30000000 (Rupees Three Crore Only) for meeting its various financial needs at an interest rate of 11% p.a. against personal guarantee of which the other party has agreed to.
