Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has participated in Bid for sale of M/s. Leel Electricals Limited as going Concern\ and Declared as Highest Bidder on Dated 10.04.2023 and issued LOA dated 30th April 2023. The Sale was subject to approval of sale as going concern from NCLT. \r\n\r\nThe sale of M/s. Leel Electricals Limited as going concern under Section 32A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process), 2016 has been approved by Hon'ble NCLT, Allahabad and an order dated 21.03.2024 has been awarded in this regard.
