Link Intime India Private Limited, we hereby confirm that\r\na. the equity share certificate (s) which were dematerialized, if any, are listed on Stock Exchanges, where earlier issued equity shares issued equity shares were listed i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.\r\nb. the equity share(s) received for dematerialization, if any, have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in our records as the registered owner within 15 days of receipt of equity share certificate.
