Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the summary of the proceedings of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the company.\r\n\r\nThe 33rd Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. through VC/OAVM at the registered office 16, community centre First floor Saket, New Delhi 110017.\r\n\r\nThe meeting started at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 11:53 A.M.\r\n\r\nThe meeting was chaired by Mr. Pramod Kumar Kothari, Chairman and Managing Director of the company.\r\n\r\nThe Chairman welcomed the Directors, Chairman of Audit committee, Statutory Auditor, Secretarial Auditor and members present at the meeting. Total 75 members were present through VC/OAVM.
