With reference to the email dt.April 06, 2024 received from Query LODR regarding the delayed submission of Proceedings of the Company's AGM held on 29/09/2023 which concluded at 14.50 p.m. The proceedings were uploaded to BSE the next day morning due to power failure on 29/09/2023 evening.\r\n\r\nIn this context, we wish to state that the delay was not intentional and beyond our control. We assure that the aforesaid delays will not recur in future.
