Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give advance Intimation that the Company will take on record and publish the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024 within 60 days from the end of the financial year i.e on or before May 30, 2024. Hence, we will not be publishing unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
