Pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Listing Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the listed entity having paid up equity share capital exceeding ten crore and net worth exceeding rupees twenty five crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year is required to comply with Regulation 1, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 AND clause (b) to (i) to sub -regulation (2) pf regulations 46 and C, D and E of schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nSince, M/S Trade wings Limited (Company) having CIN: L63040GA1949PLC000168 and does not have paid up equity share capital exceeding ten crore and net worth exceeding rupees twenty-five crore, as on the last day of the Financial Year ended 31 March, 2024, the compliance of disclosure of related Party Transaction under regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 are not applicable to the Company.
