With reference to the captioned matter and in compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the board of directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., on April 08, 2024, have, inter alia, discussed and approved the following: \r\n\r\n1. Appointment of Mr. Vivek Mukherjee, Practicing Cost Accountant, as a Cost Auditor of the company for F.Y. 2023-24. \r\n\r\n2.
