The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today have inter-alia approved the resignation of Mr. Harman Singh from the post of Chief Financial Officer (Designated as KMP) of the Company w.e.f. closing business hours of April 8, 2024. He will continue to hold position of Director of the Company.
