Revised AGM proceeding dt. 14.07.2023 in reference of BSE e-mail dt. 06.04.2024.\r\nClarification are as under- \r\n\r\nThe SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-poD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dt. 13.07.2023 come into force from 15.07.2023. \r\nThe AGM of the company was held on 14.07.2023 before applicability date 15.07.2023 of said SEBI circular. \r\n\r\nThe SEBI said circular was not received from BSE. \r\nHence legally said amended regulation not applicable to the company. \r\n\r\nDetail explanation and revised proceeding of AGM dt. 14.07.2023 is being attached in reference of BSE e-mail dt. 06.04.2024 with request to take the same in order.
