The Company had submitted the proceedings of the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 9, 2023, within 24 hours instead of 12 hours post conclusion of the AGM. We regret that an inadvertent delay in the filing of the proceedings of the AGM has occurred. We are resubmitting the proceedings of the 63rd AGM along with this clarification regarding the delay in the said filing.
