In continuation to the letter dated 1st April 2024 and 2nd April 2024 we hereby inform that Ms. Sachi Shrikumar Lakhotia was relieved from the offices of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours of the Company on 10th April 2024.
