Asahi Songwon Colors Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company does not fall under the large corporate category as defined in the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018 dated November 26, 2018 and therefore framework compliance requirements provided in the circular is not appliable to the Company.
