The Company has submiited the outcome of the AGM held on 03/08/2023 within 24 hours from the conclusion of AGM instead of 12 hours as required under amended Reguation 30. The company has received mail from the BSE seeking clarification and reason for delay. Also it was asked to resubmit the revised corporate announcement with the reason of dealy.
