With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/114 dated November 26, 2018 read with amendments introduced in this regard, dated August 10 2021 and April 13, 2022 with respect to fund raising by the issuance of debt securities by large corporate, we would like to inform you that our company - SRM Energy Limited is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular and does not qualify as Large Corporate.
