In line with the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has received approval of listing of 2497961 equity shares of Rs.10/- issued at a premium of Rs. 10.43/- for consideration in cash on preferential basis.\r\n\r\nCopy of the Lising Approval received from NSE is enclosed.\r\n\r\nfurthermore, the Company is awaiting the listing approval from BSE Limited and the same will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges once we obtain the approval.
