With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144; Dated; November 26,2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid SEBI Circular.\r\n\r\nTherefore, the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure in annexure A and B1 and B2 respectively to the aforesaid circular for the financial year ended 2024-25 and 2023-24 respectively, does not arise.
