Based on review of reports and information/ clarification provided by the Company and RTA, we hereby certify that during the year ended on March 31, 2024:\r\n\r\n1. All the shares of the Company are in physical mode only.\r\n2. The trading in securities of the Company is suspended since 2004 on account of non-compliance with respect to Disclosure of Reduction of Share Capital of the Company and non-payment of ALF Dues. The Company is still in process of dematerialization of shares due to financial constraints.\r\n3. During the period from 1st April 2023 to 31st March, 2024, there were no request received for transfer of shares, deletion of name and issuance of duplicate share certificate by the Company.\r\n\r\n
