The Board of Directors of the Company have today i.e. on 11th April, 2024 by way of a circular resolution approved the appointment of Mr. Syed K. Husain (DIN: 03010306) as Additional Independent Director of the Company for a period of one year with effect from 11th April, 2024 till 10th April, 2025 subject to the approval of members of company by passing Special Resolution.
