With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26,2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large corporate (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the large corporate (LC) , we hereby confirm that our company is not a Large Corporate as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid SEBI Circular.\r\nTherefore the requirement of filling the initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexure A and B1 and B2 respectively to the aforesaid circular for the financial year ended 2024-25 and 2023-24 respectively does not arise.
